A few years ago, my father and I purchased an older house on the corner of Valley Vista and Dundee Road that sat on four separately platted lots. The house needed quite a bit of work to make it more modern, but instead of fixing it up, we decided to tear it down, and then sell off the four lots for people to buy and then hire their own desired Louisville home builders if they wanted.
