For those of you who prefer video to text, I took the time earlier today to look up sales data for new construction homes for sale in Louisville, as well as data on sold homes, and even properties that were taken off the market for one reason or another. If you are short on time, and want a really quick summary of what the 7 minute video states, with data to back me up, basically it boils down to this: the more expensive home you are trying to sell, the worse off you are!
