In my most recent post to this blog site, I wrote about a vacant lot for sale at the corner of Valley Vista and Dundee Road that was available for a new home builder in Louisville to take advantage of. But today, I want to alert readers to another vacant lot for sale in the Highlands, this one on Ruth. The two lots are shaped differently and are also going to hold homes in very different price ranges. While the Valley Vista lot will hold a home valued between $500,000 and $1,000,000, the Ruth lot will probably hold a home priced between $300,000 and $400,000.
